In order to exchange good practices on a transnational level, it is necessary to know these practices first-hand and to learn from the professionals who practice them. We believe that good practices exist in all participating countries and we hire experts to share these practices with other partners and stakeholders. The workshops focus on teachers and local entrepreneurs, who can apply and pass on the acquired knowledge even after the project has ended, thus acting as multipliers of the experience in a sustainable way. The workshops are key elements of the project, as we will analyze results and contributions on the feasibility of our proposal and the steps that need to be taken to achieve it.
